This just in! President Obama has signed a bill into law that deems today, Friday April 23, NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY AND JUST KAIT MTV DAY! Okay. That was a flat-out lie based on a fantasy. But it's not SO far from the truth. Tonight, Honor Society and Just Kait made an extra-special stop on their "Here Comes Trouble" tour to chat and perform live from New York on MTV.com. And we streamed the whole event right here.
Tonight's live chat with Just Kait and Honor Society might be over, but we're glad you stuck around for our exclusive performances. We had a blast and we hope you did too. The night started out with a brief, but spirited teen-angsty set by Just Kait who performed rousing tracks like "Heart Shaped Bruise," "Girls World" and "Sick." Honor Society followed with their own brand of pop, rock and funk that included an array of hits like, "Two Rebels," "Where Are You Now," and "Don't Close The Book" which featured the guest vocal stylings of Just Kait and opener Ashlyne Huff. In Toronto they covered "In My Head" originally sung by Jason DeRulo. It was at the beginning of their acoustic montage that night. Here is a video. Once I find a better quality video of the cover, it will be posted!

There are three things that make up Honor Society's pre-show ritual. 1.) First, and most importantly, the guys like to engage in a group prayer. Gotta give thanks! 2.) Push-ups. Mainly Jason Rosen's. Followed by stretching. Connective tissue is delicate! (Know your histopathology.) So always follow up push-ups by stretching. Like Jason Rosen. 3.) YELLING! Also, see: Andrew Lee.
